“Beach” and “life” you know.

Last week, a British newspaper, The Daily Mail, used the phrase “life is a beach” to describe the Californian life that Prince Harry (from the British Royal Family) is having.
The origin of the saying is not known.
Of course, the opposite “life is not a beach” can be used, or “life is not a bed of roses” (la vida no es un lecho de rosas) would be another option to say the same.
So, is your life a beach?
