Furred-up kettle?

furred

“Fur” (pelaje, pelo) you may know. Many animals have fur. There are other uses with this word.

Some mortals, in colder climes (climas) wear “fur coats” (abrigos de pieles) or imitation fur coats. Kettles sometimes have fur (sarro) or become “furred up”.

Sometimes mortals say things that “make the fur fly” (causar problemas). This means that that people are going to be angry, annoyed or aggravated.

So, you could say something controversial that makes the fur fly, while wearing a fur coat and boiling water in a furred-up kettle. Who knows?
